We went to Camp Benjamin (in Alfonso, Cavite) last February 19 for our Psy 1 field trip part II. (The students who didn’t go to CB (a.k.a. Psy 1 FT part I) went to watch a theatrical play of King Lear, and a live UAAP Women’s Volleyball match)

I think I should have taken that offer when a girl was selling a concert ticket for P1k only and its original price was P1900. WHAT A STEAL and I just let it go. Wow. Somebody slap me or punch me right in the face right now. Please. I beg of you. :((((((

I had a very weird dream last night wherein I was in LB and there weren’t many people around anymore, probably because the summer classes were over already. And then I was about to ride a jeepney home but the freaking jeepney driver didn’t see me at all, so he just passed by me and didn’t even bother stopping in front of Goldilocks (like most of them do).

What made the scene weirder was that there was a total blackout in LB. It was like the different establishments in the area forgot to pay their respective electric bills and Meralco had to cut their electricity off. Wait a minute, I suddenly remembered that a blackout is not unusual in LB. I just hadn’t experienced it firsthand because I didn’t stay in an apartment or a dorm. Okay, so it wasn’t really weird…

What actually made it weird was that there weren’t many people around. There were literally only three of us strolling (the other two were on the other side of the street, in front of Paponei’s lol and I think they were a couple because I think the girl was holding on to the guy’s arm, and the guy happened to be my seatmate in Math 2 lol again) beyond the UP Gate. There seriously were NO people in McDonald’s, KFC, not even in the photocopy centers. The place looked dead and it really scared the heck out of me. I guess that was why I wanted to ride a jeepney ASAP.

But then a plot twist happened aaannnddd there were no more jeepneys left and the one that passed me by was the last one.

I then woke up from that dream, or should I say nightmare, and fixed myself for breakfast.
